We coordinate the cleaning team, the maintenance contractor, the check-in logistics, the guest communication, and the monthly reporting — and you hear from us only when something needs your attention.

The founders of Madeira Compass operate their own short-term rental properties in Madeira. We built and manage the same automation stack — dynamic pricing, guest messaging, review monitoring — that we offer our clients. When something goes wrong at 11pm on a Saturday, we know what to do because we have had to do it ourselves.

That operational experience is what separates us from a management company that aggregates properties and optimises for volume. We manage a small portfolio, deliberately. Each property gets real attention, not a rotating cast of supervisors.


Availability note. Property Management is our Phase 3 service, progressively introduced from 2025 onward. Priority is given to properties acquired through our buyer's advocacy service.
